It is sad. She really is mentally ill. Something happened to her in her youth.
She has kids and this is very sad for them to see their mother such a crazy person.

I think she came from a good family. Her sister Jamie Lynn seems very normal in comparison. The gossip is that she was a virgin until she dated Justin Timberlake. He got her pregnant, and rather than have the child, she aborted it. She became another modern woman who sacrificed her first child for her career. I think the guilt from that consumed her.
