Extreme Leftwingers are calling for a boycott on gasoline (and everything else) this Friday Feb 28.
I'm planning to fill up all my cars and top off all my lawnmower gas-cans.
Also, I'm delaying my weekly grocery shopping until Friday.

Therefore the fake, organized George Floyd-style political protests and burning of cities like Minneapolis, Portland and Oakland with zero consequences, will not be seen again for a while.
Another worthless protest by the Left to garner publicity and make it look like they are doing something.
If I owned a gas station or retail outlet and knew that my customers would be compressing their purchases into 6 days per week instead of 7 and that boycott was complete and on one particular day I’d be thrilled. I could close down for that 1 day per week and save money while making the same revenue per week.

My first trip to the local grocery chain-store after hearing of the Boycott/Buycott, I was going down the Hispanic & Asian foods aisle looking to my right, searching for the name Goya. And as I passed a Hispanic-looking woman facing towards the left side, I heard her let out her breath in one of those "sounds of exasperation," and then I overheard her say to nobody in particular: "Nobody can tell *ME* what I can't buy!"
Aha! I knew instantly I'd found the Goya products, and as soon as she'd pulled down a bunch of items into her cart and moved on, I went over to look, and sure enough, there were a number of shelves, head-to-toe level, maybe 10-12 feet wide, of only Goya products. Heh heh!
Ahem, the LEFT is calling for a BOYcott, the RIGHT is calling for a BUYcott.
The protests might be “nationwide” but I expect there will be negligible participation.
