I had no idea who this mutant was until someone posted her crying video yesterday. When I saw it, I thought I was watching Dennis Rodman in drag.
In debates—especially on the national stage—when one side gets emotional and/or resorts to ad hominem attacks, it’s a dead giveaway that they’ve got no case.
Labels like Hitler, Nazi, racist, and fascist are just rhetorical crutches—what Greg Gutfeld calls “load-bearing phrases”—meant to express anger at having no defense of their position. It’s a tactic that’s lost its bite.
Gotta’ be a bit difficult going through life when your pic looks like a baboon’s ass.

I agree with cgbg here, but it is also true that I did indeed understand what you meant.
I have made a clear distinction personally between “Liberals” and “Leftists” for years. I view the distinction as a necessary degree of granularity, but in “conservative to conservative” discussions, I rarely feel the need to point out that distinction.
I don’t think it is worth getting angry about or losing sleep over. Like I said, I knew just what you meant.

My problem is that “liberals” have virtually disappeared on the political spectrum.
The Democrat Party is hard left—and when we pretend they are warm and cuddly we are asking for a boot to be stomped on our face.

I like Gutfeld as a political commentator who uses humor to buttress his point, rather than a comedian who has political commentary added in.
I’ve always said I was dumbfounded how they took Joy Reid from her failing AM JOY weekend program and thought it was a good idea to promote her to weekdays in a prime time slot. She should have been fired after the AM JOY program failed.

Agreed. The Democrat Party has been radical since Kennedy stole an election from Nixon and then LBJ killed Kennedy.
Once they learned how, they continued to steal elections.
A few deaths here and there is the only way to assure the gambit stops. Election officials have no fear and do what ever they please.
My view is that the Democrats have ratcheted to the hard left.
I agree LBJ was the start but at that time the Civil Rights movement was about lifting up black people and not about anti-white hate and anti-white propaganda.
Even the leftist takeover of the Democrat Party by the McGovern people was mostly about the anti-war movement.
The next big ratchet was Obama—where the gender insanity and anti-white hate started to become a key part of the Democrat identity.
By Biden the party had gone completely off the deep end into a circular firing squad of endless victim classes—and a culture of Internet censorship, lawfare and fascism of various kinds (mandatory vaxxes etc.).
I view it a bit differently, because I don’t believe “liberals” have disappeared.
I use the rule of threes to classify liberals
In the first class of liberals are what we have traditionally referred to as “bleeding heart liberals”. They’re not necessarily bad people or evil people, IMO. These are the kind of people that we can sometimes talk to, the kind of people you will sometimes hear say things like: “why can’t the government make some money available to people who are down on their luck?” Basically, they view things as the perpetual immature adolescents that the Left wants people to remain as for as long as possible in life. They are people who are too busy to engage intellectually to learn issues, too lazy to look at issues and make appropriate decisions, intellectually incapable of parsing information and deciding, or are simply politically apathetic and vote on the basis of emotion alone, when they vote at all. (NOTE: I readily admit that the existence of these people I classify as “liberals” are a threat to this nation simply because they are leveraged deliberately, constantly, and forcefully by the Left which uses every tool of deceit and fear they can bring to bear on them, often with great success. I say this to demonstrate the nature of the threat they pose, when used as a tool of the Left.)
The second class of liberals are the moonbats. I don’t view these people as being either very intelligent or very thoughtful. They’re the people who drunk the Kool-Aid, and can recite talking points with fevered faces and bulging eyes. I find these people are impossible to talk to because they’re impervious to logic and reason. They believe what they want to believe, and they believe in it passionately, deeply, and with no element of self introspection involved. These are people who fit the bill of the description “Useful Idiots”. They are the ones who will scream the loudest in protest when the Marxists and the true believers take over and push the moonbats into the reeducation camps with all the rest of us. “But I agree with you! I’m not like the rest of these people! Why are you doing this?”
The third class of liberals are the true, hard-core believers. They not only know the writings of Saul Alinsky, but understand what his tactics mean and how they are used. They don’t believe in the garbage that the moonbats subscribe to. These people believe in raw, unadulterated possession of power. There is no compromise and no negotiation with these people that will be fruitful. These people are true enemies of the American way of life. Most of these people (if not all) hate this country and all it stands for, and wish to see it transformed into their vision of America which would be under their control.

The problem is that the third group control the Democrat Party.
The first two groups are irrelevant at the end of the day.
They are too stupid to change (for the most part)—so dealing with them is a waste of time.

The third group DOES control the Democrat party. And they enlist the “moonbats” to agitate for them and work for them, and they lie to and scare the “liberals” to vote for them to make up the difference.
The Dems needed to remove this sewage realizing her presence pushed many away from their party. Too bad she’s gone. She could have further collapsed her own party.
