A violent recidivist sicko accused of trying to rape a woman on a Times Square subway was given $250,000 bail at his arraignment on felony charges Saturday night.
Tyriek Martin, a 34-year-old homeless man who’s been busted at least 70 times, appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court late Saturday before Judge Robert Rosenthal on first-degree attempted rape, first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree assault charges.
Rosenthal set bail at $250,000 at the request of prosecutors.

How does a homeless guy even get bail? If he skips how’ll they find him? He has no address to go home to.

Bail was set.... doesn’t mean he was able to bond out. Don’t know any bondsman that would write on a homeless man. He probably didn’t have the 10-15 percent down for it to be written.

Granted bail, but unless someone like Kamala and her gang pay it, he’ll sit in Rikers where he is now.

Deep in the article it says a couple of construction workers heard the commotion and held the guy down until police arrived.
Good for them. But given this happened in New York City, they sure took a chance.

“He has 34 misdemeanor convictions and 9 failures to appear.”
He should not have been allowed to post bail with a history of not showing up to court.
That being said, I doubt he would be able to post even 10% of this as a homeless person unless some Soros-funded “do-gooder” paid his bail for him.

Yes. No matter what rigged statistics say about lack of big effect on crime rates, if one victim was raped, beaten or killed by someone given an easy bail instead of being in jail, then that is one too many.
Like one Kate Steinle or Rachel Morin murdered by an unnecessary allowance of an illegal alien in the US is one too many.

Mama: He’s still basically a good boy. He’s turned his life around so many times now he got dizzy in the head and didn’t know what he was doing and committed another crime.
