We have no business “financing the world” then turning around to US Citizens who lost everything to natural disasters and saying “here, we got this $700 check for you, sorry but we are too broke to give you anything else”.
We hit the debt limit in March because for 60 years Congress after Congress found some excuse for the US to fund every “feels good” cause the Alt Left could dream up.
