Water is known as a ‘universal solvent’.
Mmm-Hmm.

To steal from Zappa, it is the ultimate solution.
I think the word should have been solvent.

It’s not natural when it starts settling down to the ground. It’s on video.
I have witnessed this phenomena. Where I live the normal air traffic patters are high altitude planes on a SW heading and lower altitude on a NW heading towards the local airport. But in all cases, the air travel is parallel.
On a couple of odd occasions, the air traffic was flying in a grid formation at middle atltitudes, and yes, the entire sky quickly filled in turned completely grey.
I have no idea if anything nefarious was at hand, or whether they were weather modification experiments. Just what I observed.
Yeah, water is the universal solvent. (Except for oils)

BREAKING NEWS: Trump Speaks To Governors At The White House, Takes Multiple Questions 19:30-22:00 RE:RFK jr
Immigration/Homan
See 31 for full statement regarding Kennedy.
It will be interesting to see if RFK Jr. goes there.
The “conspiracy debunkers” around here may have to eat a lot of crow on this one.
Weather modification was used during the Vietnam War—not a secret—old technology at this point.
re: CONTEXT of Pres. Trump’s remark about “spraying” (see link below, cued to that moment in the speech)
b4me wrote “what was trump talking about just prior to this comment?”
Rural_Michigan wrote “Heβs probably talking about agricultural spraying.”

Yes, just before the video snippet, the President was talking about the rise of autism cases in the United States. Apparently we allow agricultural spraying that other counties don’t allow. He said that “the Pennsylvania Dutch” don’t do it and are “amazingly healthy”.

absolutely

Do not doubt that water can be acidic. Our home in MA some years ago had a well. The water was so acidic that it was destroying a hot water heater every 2 years, until the previous owner put an acid neutralizer in. We added a softener after we moved in, and loved it. There was $6K+ of water treatment equipment in that basement when we sold the house.
It can be acidic or basic depending on what’s dissolved in it.
Look at an airways map, check for correlation.
Water by itself is neutral. Other minerals or stuff dissolved in it can make the total solution acidic or basic.
