I do believe we have to give credit where credit is due. The people selected by POTUS Trump, sans Gaetz, have or are being approved for their Cabinet positions. Every one of them, sans Gaetz and it has occurred about has quickly as we could hope.
Without saying too much or drawing attention to himself, Senator Thune obviously gets a lot of credit for pulling the GOP Senators together and getting the job done. Senator Thune certainly has my respect, and I admire his approach, which is directly opposite of his nemisis, Chucky Schumer.

Many Americans nationwide helped him defeat the horrible Tom Dashle.
No question and he would deserve it, my point is now he has done what was needed to advance the Trump MAGA agenda and got his nominees approved.

I like it. I like it a lot. If Thune has Presidential aspirations, his “fine-Thuning” must continue!! How he manages the appointments and approval of Federal Judges will be very important for us all.
Give Charlie Kirk credit, too. Without the threat of small-state primaries, many Sens. would sit on their arses.
Except isn’t the senate pushing 2 bills forward instead of waiting for the house to send them ONE bill that includes all of Trump’s priorities, including extending the Trump tax cuts? I see the senate trying to find a way to not extend Trump’s tax cuts, which would mean conservatives lose lots of seats in the mid-term election. I am not sure Thune is a good guy.
I saw it and I heard Linda Graham that the 2nd bill was the “B” plan in case the 1st bill did not pass.
I cannot wait for Linda Graham to be gone from DC for good.
