When there is money to fix a problem (there is) and the problem is not being fixed (which it is not) someone, somewhere is making money from the situation.

These people need to be found and arrested.

My husband went to the VA a week ago for his checkup and they informed him that medical equipment for his SRI that we had been paying for out of pocket for over a decade was available there.

Just out of the blue. No explanation. "We now will provide these items to you." On one hand, nice. On the other hand what changed since last year?
