I’m starting to think that the Democrats will split in half, as their rabid base won’t tolerate another Bill Clinton type (fake) move to the center. They sucked it in then, but man, they are FAR MORE SICK now.
So don’ be surprised if Fetterman and others break off and start their own party with the intent to draw from ‘normal’ Democrat voters (the ones that don’t have trouble defining a woman), and also from Trump voters.
If they do that, the new party could be formidable, but initially, the Republicans will be handed full control of the federal government, for maybe a decade...as the old Democrat Party starts to disappear for good, and we get back to two parties.
