Sooner or later we are going to have to address the impossibly corrupted lower judiciary. Making an example of one judge might be a good start.

So let’s play this out:
Say Monday AM, the Pres walks in front of the cameras and says “This ruling has no merit, and my policies haven’t changed and shall be executed.”

What could this judge possibly do to enforce his ruling?

Ans: NOTHING.

I call this ‘judicial gaslighting’. If I were the Trump team, I wouldn’t even bother addressing this in court. Let the buyouts/layoffs continue. In fact, I say accelerate the process.

Extend the buyout options for one more week, then let it rain pink slips.

just my $0.02.

What it’s always been about.

“They”🦟🦟🦟 do not ever want a President. Which is why they hated Reagan.

“Seven Days in February 2025”

Last real Presidents Executive Branch:

* Eisenhower

* Reagan

* Trump and

* Probably JFK

All the rest figureheads.... 🛑

A SWAT raid with guns blazing will cure this little prick from ever trying this (or anything else) again. It is time to play hard ball with the communists.

Probably not a good idea for judges to play chicken with a guy whose hero is Andrew Jackson.

This jerk is way over his skis. There will be consequences. If this idiot was smart he’d move to a non-extradition country. Like now.

Emmitt J. Sullivan comes to mind, who made up all sorts of stuff to keep Michael Flynn’s case stuck in the pipee.

This ruling will not stand. It was a political ruling and not a legal one and the judge should be impeached and removed from the bench. The Plaintiffs had no standing, he issued it ex parte, and cited no law or legal precedent in the Order.

A higher court needs to reverse the Order asap. I would think they will do so without delay. The left likes to scream “constitutional crisis!”. This may actually qualify for that moniker.

Paging Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Green. Impeach a few of these activist judges and send a message. The sooner the better as in Monday.

Interesting tidbit:

Sadly, this judge is sitting in a seat once occupied by Harold Medina, the courageous judge who presided over the raucous and acrimonious 1949 trial of Communist Party leaders accused of attempting to overthrow the US government.
