The last U.S. President who had a full beard was Republican Benjamin Harrison who was the President from 1889 to 1893.

I’m no Little Marco fan, but I’d say his chances of getting the nomination are as good as Vance’s and I’m no fan of Vance either.
I’m hoping Elise Stefanik can seize the opportunity that she has at the UN to put herself in the running as a bonafide contender.
