I agree with most of your post. It also tells me that you really don’t understand Trump at all. He didn’t announce his intent to send troops he said “If that’s what it takes.” In response to a question from a reporter. I will predict here that Trump will never send any troops to Gaza.
He speaks for many Americans as for President Trump I don’t think his intentions match the rhetoric. The rhetoric is a negotiating tool towards a different kind of outcome down the road.
Yes, he is, one of the best in the Senate.
Supporting the rebuilding of Gaza would require more understanding on my part, but I didn't realize we needed to take action about the Panama Canal either.

And it would undermine the Muslim Brotherhoods plans for pipelines through Syria and Northern Iraq to transport oil and gas from Qatar (who has comparatively little oil but tons of natural gas) and the Gulf Sates

The Palis have forfeited the right to the land. if they are not moved, then Israel will have to go biblical. Our troops should stand well clear of it. but it will have to happen.
There is room in the interior but the more suitable land mass is briefed
Plus a weird admixture fairly even split tween two groups
Honestly they need to be dispersed everywhere
For practicality and to keep their lesser nature from having two high a concentration
The Christian Palestinians who once were a big chunk had their diaspora long ago
I know quite a few and had good business with one in Haiti who later ran for president there
His family lost everything in 47-48 but rather than fester they moved on and have done well 3-4 generations later in the Caribbean and America
But the Muslims I think are a different animal

Germany could surely absorb a few measly million rabid immigrants.
