Homan and Trump will not let this happen. My guess is she is not really illegal right now, maybe some sort of temp status and Murphy is grandstanding. If illegal, Homan will arrest her and then refer he and his wife for prosecution for harboring.

Well, he just publicly admitted to harboring an illegal aluen. He is not above the law (even if there was a NJ law permitting such as part of his duties, and there isn’t), and federal law trumps (pun not intended, but I will use it anyway) state laws on the same subject matter. So if ICE did decide to raid his home, there’s nothing that big-mouth Murphy can do about it. He just dared them to do it, and that’s not something that you do with DJT, because he will accept the dare.
