As we've covered here in the last couple days, Trump's executive order on DEI ordered the suspension of DEI employees and the closing of their offices. He also included a plan to keep these offices from simply rebranding under a different name and carrying on as usual. That was smart because rebranding is how many academic DEI offices have tried to get by laws aimed at them in the recent past.
While Trump's executive order is aimed at government employees, it is also a warning to their corporate counterparts.
"These actions freeze DEI operations in the federal government with the anticipation of the end of such programs," said Jonathan Butcher, a senior research fellow with the conservative Heritage Foundation think tank.
"Corporations," he said, "should recognize that racial discrimination and racial preferences will no longer go unchallenged by Washington."...
"This is going to start a tidal wave of companies self-censoring and cutting back on those types of DEI efforts for fear of litigation with the federal government on the other end of that," said Joseph Seiner, a law professor at the University of South Carolina. "Even if they're doing everything that complies with federal law, they could still find themselves subject to an investigation, which can be expensive and timely to defend against."
In addition, Trump's revocation of an affirmative action executive order put in place in 1965 is another indication that the anti-DEI push will go beyond government employees to government contractors.

It’s a corrupt fraud. It’s why deepstates have to collapse. The number of people who have to be bought off to sustain the corruption expands until it cannot be sustained any more. The next round of corruption increase cannot be funded and those chaffing because they are paying for the corruption expands to the point of collapse.

Why don’t they just change it to a more accurate acronym:
DIE.
That’s what I’ve been calling it....because IF we’d continued on the course of 2020 and didn’t embrace this we’d DIEd.
Something to watch for is when colleges and universities start shutting down their DEI training programs, of which there are a lot. This will likely be done from the bottom up, that is, students rejecting them as easy credit hours.
This is because they will strongly resist shutting down such crapola from the top down.

They should worry. The entire DEI is discriminatory which is against the law. It is their own literature and practices that will be used to convict them.
Anyone that was denied employment because of DEI should sue on grounds the business violated their civil rights.
They no longer have the Federal Government protecting their discriminating practices.

Toss in speech and thought crimes too. Pronoun enforcement and forbidden words have to go.
Why are corporate leaders upset? Closing a non-revenue producing administrative component of your company will probably save millions.
Time to take a good look at all H.R. departments.
If y’all support racism you get no guv’mt contracts. Ditto for every one of your affiliates, too.
Every company you hire for any job (e.g., office cleanup) must be squeekie clean. Otherwise, you lose it all.

Waiting for some WHITE GUY to land a hard, direct blow into the face of a company in court from a lawsuit based on discrimination. This EO should hasten that event.

Boss and co-workers are sick of it also. Hiring on anything except competence is asking for trouble or a disaster(i.e. parts falling off of airplanes, cars that fail fatally, etc).
