I posted a dash cam video on a neighborhood app yesterday of a huge truck sitting in the left turn lane with his right tires over the right side of his lane. Driving out of your lane around here is a real problem.

Then Portland buses the bums here. We have a facility...mostly they just seem to facilitate homelessness by feeding them enough to stay alive, and giving them donated tents, tarps, shoes, socks, toiletries... When Portland is strapped for resources, this place is/was sometimes flush They recently underwent a change in management, due to the citizenry being fed up with the crime and vagrancy. We’ll see if it helps.
