Giuliani found in contempt, again, in $148 million defamation case

A federal judge on Friday found Rudy Giuliani in civil contempt of court for continuing to make false claims about two Georgia election workers after being ordered to pay them $148 million in a defamation case, hinting Giuliani could face jail time if he does not stop.

U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell of Washington, D.C., on Friday blasted the former New York mayor and Trump attorney for continuing to falsely claim that former Fulton County election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ArShaye “Shaye” Moss manipulated the 2020 vote count in Atlanta. A jury found in December 2023 that he had defamed the women, and he agreed in a consent order with the court in May to stop repeating the claims.

“Mr. Giuliani, you’re the most famous person in this courtroom right now. You’ve got a bigger audience, you’ve got a bigger public following than anyone in this courtroom, you’ve got a respected public service history,” Howell told him during a three-hour court hearing. “I really hoped [you] would stop saying such fabricated lies, at least publicly.”

Howell gave Giuliani a chance to avoid punishment and purge her contempt finding if, by Jan. 20, he “acknowledges and affirms” that his allegations against the women are contradicted by the sworn evidence in his trial and Georgia’s state police investigation, and reaches an agreement to pay their attorney fees for bringing the contempt action.

If he does not do so within 10 days, Howell said, he will be fined $200 per day. And she warned that given his history of not paying the judgment or attorney fees for refusing to cooperate in the litigation, she would consider the workers’ demand for a $20,000-per-day fine — or even jail time.

Who was it who caught on tape one of the leaders of a “charity” admitting how the election was stolen and how Freeman et al had been caught on tape? I’m thinking maybe Steven Crowder. Why can’t this judge be forced to deal with that? Someone had said that Freeman had said Biden would need to pardon her. If that’s true then the judge should also deal with that.

Ultimately I wonder if this judge needs to be sued for defamation

They were both clearly documented on video security tape at the State Farm Arena election office of Fulton County GA, and later openly talking about what they did on social media— all evidence of same ignored, ignored by this and other demonrat judges. Giuliani told the truth of what he and MANY others observed by these two reprobate soul sister of the projects working for the Fulton machine. People who worked for Stacey Abrams.

This judge is going to get a rude awakening when the judgement is withdrawn for incorrect due process and preventing exculpatory evidence from being in the trial— which would have derived a different end result including as regards “defamation of character”!! What were their “character traits” before they joined the demo election thug mob. Also the Fulton County Sheriff burned all the mass copied/printed ballots they fed through the readers— eliminating further evidence. They did this— there is no question to the Elecctions Boards of Inquiry.

Hasn’t the state of GA also admitted that ballots were scanned/counted multiple times, as was seen on the surveillance?

And a judge already said it was fine and dandy that Dominion deliberately destroyed records required to be kept for audit purposes. Tina Peters caught them in the act in CO.

And when is Judge Totenberg ever going to rule after having it demonstrated in her courtroom how votes could be changed with just a pencil?

I am so livid about all this crap. These judges belong in Gitmo.

Tina Peters caught them in the act in CO.

And now she is serving 9 years for backing up voting machine log files before Democrat election officials could illegally delete them.

They belong in Gitmo after paying ten times the defamation judgment back to Giuliani, out of their own personal funds and estate.

Rudy Giuliani is very much like Donald Trump. Both men could have rested on their considerable laurels, and enjoyed a comfortable retirement. But instead they tried to make America a better place.

And they have suffered for it.

Two requests for Trump 2.0:

1. Immediately pardon Giuliani for any and all federal offenses he might have committed, ever.

2. Appoint Giuliani to some sort of federal position. “Advisor to the President”, or whatever. Rudy is now 80. An appointment will give him access to gold-plated federal health care. He deserves it.

“Immediately pardon Giuliani for any and all federal offenses he might have committed, ever.”

Make that “might have committed and will ever commit”. Isn’t that what Hunter got? Rudy doesn’t deserve this crap.

Can Tina Peter’s be appointed to a federal position? There has to be a way to vacate that heinous Colorado prosecution.

Would our Founders have allowed such an abuse of the legal system? This penalty is far in excess of any damage which was done.

I observed these two colored gals running the tabulator during the vote count in 2020. Something appeared fishy.

These colored gals appear to have spent their whole lives living on the far left tail of the Bell Curve, with breaks for trips to Popeye's Fried Chicken. From observation, they to appear to have an IQ of about 60. What accomplishments do these women have, what contributions to society have they ever made?

Our Founding Fathers would not have allowed this. Ever. This is an abuse of our legal system.
