Holy cr*p. LAFD reportedly canceled their annual fire hydrant testing a few weeks ago citing “fiscal challenges.”
BTTT.
Yet ANOTHER DEI, there to wreck the city.
She needs to resign.
She say nothing about if the three reservoirs were full, are kept filled.
Says it takes thirty minutes to refill the — if so why were they not refilled.
“You had one job!”
Brandon said they cut the power to the pumps. 2035 is when everything goes electric. Amazing.
Are they supposed to queef the fires out? Now I see why they can’t get control of the fires. None of them have ever handled a hose.
Here we go, a little background and a mission statement from Janisse….. the $750000.00 a year FIRST Latina woman to lead the LADWP.
“It’s important to me that everything we do um it’s with an equity lens and social justice and making sure that we write the wrongs that we’ve done in the past”.
Another FIRST……..Janisse was born in Puerto Rico. In September, 2024, LADWP welcomed Janisse Quiñones as our new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer. She is the first Latina woman to lead LADWP and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in utility and engineering industries and the U.S. Coast Guard. Her education is from the University of Puerto Rico.
Same crap on YouTube.
Talks about “climate resiliency”.
Says they ran out of water at 3AM but Rick Caruso was on TV well before then saying there was no water.
They lie and obfuscate and talk of irrelevant crap.
Before the mayor even got back from Africa this chief engineer of the water department is bragging about how great their response has been.

Remember the similar farce of a fire department in the Maui fire?
The authorization to turn the water loose was never done, until it was all burned.
Still More #ComDem_Insanity!
Looks like Biden's tranny with a wig, the one who was busted for stealing women's luggage from airports.
$750,000 per annum plus perks, bonuses, stipends, expense and charge accounts, free transportation, housing allowance, Cadillac healthcare, life insurance, several pensions, all financed by taxpayers.
Asked asked why numbers of hydrants cannot get water, $750,000 per annum Quiñones stumbled on her words. 'We, um, we were trying to keep water at all altitudes on the Palisades, and I think about three in the morning, that's when - uh - the hydrants went dry above the Brentwood area.'
She has one job!
A real serious professional, she is.
