Why I think it good that Trump (didn't but did) loose the 2020 election

Posted on 01/08/2025 2:12:47 PM PST by Bigbrown

1. This allowed him to see who his true enemies are/were. 2. It allowed him to see how our government truly operates and how the RINO's will completely eat their own if you are not in agreement with them. 3. It allows him to start afresh with a completely new (loyal) administration. 4. It allowed him to sit back for four years and see the big picture of how screwed the country is and formulate a battle plan and choose his generals. 5. If he had been "reelected" things would not have changed and the parties who pursued him both legally and politically would've never been exposed for what /who they are.

Please chime in for things that I missing but that is my abstract vision of why it may have turned out for the best for this country for him to sit on his hands for four years.

Indeed - 4 years “in the wilderness” for Trump, to gather his forces and make plans, as well have Democrats and the deep-state expose themselves as the criminals they are - may have made America (and Trump) ready to do what needs to be done

Repeated high level politicians and appointed bureaucrats have recently been very careful in phraseology. They repeatedly said he "Lost the authority to unilaterally govern", or "He was no longer able to hold his position". They didn't say "He lost the election".

This is not a coincidence.

Nice job proofreading your headline.

Not to mention "Please chime in for things that I missing."

We all make mistakes, but this is pathetic. Read and correct your damn posts before posting.

Their mother wasn’t a U.S. citizen.

All very good points, I’ve thought the same. There’s always the risk of looking at the past through rose-colored glasses, but in this case I’m convinced Trump’s second turn will be much more impactful than it would have been as 46.

Very good analysis

Gives a deep political meaning to the old saw: "Live and learn."

Four years of Biden Democrats stuffed down the throats of the American people have taught us a hard lesson indeed.

Time for some MAGA medicine.

So? Neither was Obama’s father a US citizen. You have been overruled by those in charge of such decisions.

It kind of occurred to me too. It allowed President Trump to regroup and separate the chaff from the wheat. Also there are a lot fewer RINOs around, and being whittled away with each election. Buh-bye Mittens. And the Turtle has been castrated.

1. This allowed him to see who his true enemies are/were.

++++++++++++

It allowed PDJT to lose the baggage that was mike pence. Having that loser as your backup was always a problem. JD Vance is hated by the swamp almost as much as Trump, which is great.

Some people don’t like him, but Mike Lindell said this very thing at the Trump rally in Anchorage a few years back. He said that he believes things are working like they are supposed to, and people are being exposed.
It seems he is correct. America has survived blatant incompetence, and downright evil. I pray we will come out ahead in the next 12 years!
