Can objects be possessed by demons? Can dreamcatchers carry demons? Is there biblical evidence for this?
Only people can be demonically possessed. But inanimate objects can be negatively controlled through curses. As Adam Blai, a lay Catholic expert on religious demonology and exorcism, writes:
A curse is simply a demon sent to do some harm. . . . Cursed objects are objects that have had the opposite of a blessing done to them. Instead of grace being attached to an object to make it holy, a demon has been attached to the object to make it associated with evil (Hauntings, Possessions and Exorcisms, p. 45).

Have fun and flame away.
Deviled ham!
I have an antique stand/table with burnt wood designs in it; I think it’s from around 1910 or so.
When I was a very small kid, it scared me because the carvings looked to me like weird faces. Now I think it’s beautiful - and it has never had ‘demons’.
I sometimes wonder about this computer I’m using.
“Only people can be demonically possessed.”
Didn’t Jesus cast some demons into a herd of pigs? Was this a one time event? Honest question.
something with a nervous system yes, a brain to inhabit, but an object? respectfully I’m going to say no. Demons are bad enough.
There’s times I swear my Ouija Board is cursed. And it uses foul language like it has Tourettes or something.
The demons entered the pigs and the pigs immediately ran off a cliff.
The possession was not successful.
Seems to me that an appeal to Jesus Christ would get rid of anything like that.
How does something which tastes so bad, cost so much?
Don’t believe it when it says your cat is planning to kill you.
My sext massaging on this phone is demon possessed.
Homemade deviled ham is good, and inexpensive to make with leftover ham.
boo...
Bible is clear on the subject. The gulf between the dead and the living cannot be crossed.
As for demonic possession, I don't see it the way modern TV/film sees it. I see it entirely different. I had a good friend, a good guy, loved him and called him brother, but I could tell he had his demons. One of those was alcohol. I'm more convinced of demonic possession after he, in a drunken stupor, strung himself up in his workshop on Memorial Day, '22. No way a non-possessed person is gonna do that.
Hmmmm.....and I have some leftover ham in the freezer. I’ll look into that.
The energy of evil can attach and stay with an object or location.
I am super sensitive yo evil, having done exorcisms for over 35 years. I sense it when it is near me, or if it was at a location previously.
I was at a public auction of a business a few years ago when I walked into the business’s office. Immediately I felt the presence of evil. Not strong, but a residual.
Immediately I knew that someone had been murdered in that office. I told the auctioneer and he looked at me startled. He walked over to the window, pulled back the curtain, and handed me a can of Luminal that was on the window sill. The police accidentally left it there after doing the blood splatter study.
The owner of the business had been murdered in that office. Even though the office was professionally cleaned, the evil energy was still there.
I used to help the state police homicide detectives on difficult cases. I could feel the murder weapon just by being in the room. I’ve even taken them to the location where murders have happened.
Just two weeks ago I was walking on a sidewalk next to a handicapped ramp at a restricted. There was one location on the sidewalk that felt like I was walking through a painful fog. Ends up a woman fell at that exact location the previous week.
There are two types of “dark spirits” Jesus spoke of in the Bible. They are very different.
There are the demonic fallen angels that are pure evil, and there are “unclean spirits” that had a physical body at one time and were recruited by the demons.
The exorcism process is substantially different for the two types.
A demon can attach to an object and project its energy through it, and those energies can be strong.
Demons have tentacles and can be attached to many objects at the same time.
The canned stuff is too salty. I can’t find my own recipe right now, but this one is close; but mine adds capers:

Thanks! I’ll check it out.
Pretty sure that Catholics need to be focusing on the “demons” destroying the Catholic Church from within...
