As you deck the halls and traverse afar this holiday season, taking precautions to protect yourself from a quartet of infectious diseases can lessen your odds of bringing an illness into the new year.
Flu, COVID, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and norovirus are making their winter rounds nationwide, and you may have heard the term “quad-demic” pop up online or in conversation (the first three are sometimes called a “triple-demic”). While the unofficial term for the four maladies circulating in tandem evokes a sense of impending doom, the quadruple threat isn’t so different from respiratory virus seasons past.
“All of the viruses are here, it’s just they’re affecting different areas a little bit differently,” Dr. Robert Hopkins Jr., medical director of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases tells Fortune. “I don’t want to panic people, but I would say if you haven’t been vaccinated and you’re eligible for vaccination—that means everybody 6 months of age and older—get that COVID shot, get that flu shot.”

The planetary situation of never-ending war and inflation doesn’t just coincide with the creation of Central Banks. Just as important is the rise of electronic media. Through radio and later TV and now the Internet the population can be menaced with a neverending stream of lies and threats. A planetary dangerous environment is constantly created which destabilizes the population by creating an atmosphere of constant dread and emergency. No one gets a minute to take a breath before the next threat is forced upon them. Politicians, preachers, vested industries, criminals... all profit from creating a dangerous environment. Without mass media this would be difficult to achieve. I believe this is the most important factor in creating a planet that is constantly in strife.
Not sure if a drone can spread it since a virus dies in 10 mins when exposed to UV sunlight.

I found blackbberry brandy to be wonderful if you’re not feeling well. It was only a small glass that I slowly sipped.
Although, I never did figure out if it actually had medicinal properties or just put me in a state of not caring.

I like the way you think! Also, wash your hands every time you go to the bathroom and gargle with Listerine every day. OH and if possible, don’t go around kids. Kids pick up everything at school.
More folks who serve others food should wash their hands more often.

I’ve never thought Covid was over. It’s just that it’s endemic to our way of life now so it should be filed away with RSV, the flu, and the common cold. At least most of us have had it already so the symptoms should be less severe, or we’ve been vaccinated up the wazoo, in which case “you’re totally immune,” lol.
When you reprogram the immune system viral response by flooding it spike proteins from a coronavirus for months (studies quit checking past 180 days) the immune system down regulation of igg3 to igg4 - what did they expect. A big chunk of the population can’t effectively fight viruses, the viral load increases in the vectors and they spread it easier. We knew this was coming. Well some of us did anyway.
I guess I left that one off, thinking it would go without saying. Never underestimate the lack of awareness in some people.
Either way, the one thing you should definitely do, is stop watching/listening to the “news” whores.
The “experts” haven’t connected that to Climate Change yet. But maybe that will come later.
Just draw a random graph guys, and 2/3 of the country will believe what you say.
