I’m going out on a limb and say 3, 1 leftist and two Republicans.
Sotomayor may be replaced due to death or at least severe health conditions.
Thomas is getting to that age, which is a shame since he is a stalwart constitutional conservative vote.

Good point.
We’ll get Notre Dame type modernists - where it’s okay to be a godless Marxist.. just sometimes.

How about a challenge to remove all Biden appointed judges as he was incompetent? Starting with Jackson. Someone who doesn't know what a woman is is in no position to adjudicated law.

Thomas and Alito deserve an excellent retirement.
Sotomayor will die or become so I’ll with diabetes (IIRC) that she’ll be gone.

The colored girl was installed because she is a low IQ loyal party member with the right skin color.
Prissy can not even define what a woman is, and she don't know nothings 'bout birthin' no babies.

TRUMP WILL NEVER GIVE ANY LEVEL OF POWER TO HILLARY.
HER INFLUENCE WITH THE DEMS IS GREATLY DIMINISHED, IMO.

thomas will be hard to see leave, but i would allow him to pick his successor...
alito the same.
i wish roberts would bow out and the wise latina will try and hold on till 2028, but she may be hard pressed to do that.

Why not pack the court, add four new justices? The Democrats have already said they are in favor of it.
To: 9YearLurker
Trump's choices for SCOTUS were given to home by the Federalist Society and other conservative legal organizations.
Hopefully, Thomas and Alito themselves will offer the recommendation for their replacements.

I like that idea. The FS has long been a RINO front.
To: fwdude
Hopefully Barret and Roberts resign and he can get real constitutional conservatives to replace them. Those two STUPID wise brown creatures could both die of anal poisoning brought on by treacle laced media worship and replace those idiots.
Whatever happens, Trump needs to ditch those a holes who advised him last term.

That’s certainly the “I’m more conservative than anyone else” way to look at it.

If Thomas avoids senility and remains the stalwart Constitutionalist, I would like to see him stay until God term limits him and I pray he lives to a hundred. If he were to develop health problems that limit his abilities and must retire, I hope that does not happen until 3 and a half years into Trump’s Presidency or 7 and a half on into Vance’s Presidency.

Think Thomas will retire by 2026, while R’s still have control of senate and house.
