He noticed the commotion across the street, and walked down the ramp to where they were bringing out Oswald. The Dallas Police were incredibly inept throughout this. Fiction. The Zapruder film ends with a look behind the picket fence, and there was nothing there. And, Zapruder was in the army. You meant to tell me that Zapruder would not recognize shots being fired from rifles, 15 feet away, and he was on a concrete wing where the rifles would have been at the same level as his feet. He could and did look right down behind the picket fence. As it shows in the film there was nothing there.
No facts come to any other conclusion.

You can see the grassy knoll, and behind the picket fence in the Zapruder film. Nothing behind the fence, and Zapruder saw nothing as you described, even though he was right there and elevated about the know. The top of the picket fence was at the level of Zapruder’s feet, and 15 feet away.
And the book “Cased Closed” by Gerald Posner shows it was Oswald acting alone.
