Now you know what Black men in the South were sometimes up against. A black man could be punished, maybe lynched, for looking at a White woman— known as “eyeball rape.” Ironic that feminazis have resorted to a concept just like white racists of bygone years.
Rape also means to damage or destroy. Is a man “raped” by a woman if she falsely accuses him, is his reputation and life damaged or destroyed?
She should get the exact same sentence as her victim would if he had been found guilty and her assets should be used to reimburse his legal fees.
It is a crime, so punish according to the law.
HELL YES!
I was involved in finding the truth in several cases where therapists using bad therapy had their female patients recover false memories of being molested by their fathers.
There is even a foundation, “The False Memory Foundation,” that assists fathers who are falsely accused.
The original expert on this topic was a professor at Stanford University who researched it extensively and wrote several books on the subject.
In her initial study, she recruited women who had attended Disneyland for the experiment.
She divided them into four groups and held two interviews with each group. The following stimuli were introduced during the first meeting.
Group 1, the control group. No stimulus introduced.
Group 2, there was a newspaper laying there with a picture of Bugs Bunny on the back page, easily viewed by the subject, but not discussed at all.
Group 3, there was a full size cardboard cutout of Bugs Bunny in the corner of the room.
Group 4, there were both the newspaper and the cardboard cutout.
In the initial interview, they discussed the visit to Disneyland.
The subjects had no idea what the study was about, other than their trip to Disneyland.
After several weeks they were invited back for the second interview. It was amazing how many women remembered seeing Bugs Bunny at Disneyland during the second interview. Over 40% of the fourth group!
Bugs Bunny is Warner Bros. And would not be at Disneyland.
This is plasticity of memory. Fabricating new memories just by introducing new facts to the person during the interview.
Police and therapists do this all the time. Not necessarily on purpose, but it happens.
All it takes is a question like, “Did he touch your private parts?” To program a false memory, rather than an open ended question.
Here is a very interesting 2001 article on the study. My details may be off a little as I originally read and studied this subject in the 1990s. (The percentage is correct as I looked it up.)

Yes. And the sentence should be mandatory and the same length as a sentence for rape.
Elizabeth Loftus made a lot of money by working for attorneys as an expert at selecting juries who could be easily manipulated mentally. She assisted in selecting the OJ Simpson jury.
I do not support this, and would never do this as it is morally wrong.
I studied and learned stage hypnosis, as a large part of the training is on how to select people who are highly suggestable for the subjects in the show. I have never done stage hypnosis, nor will I ever do it. I did it merely to learn how the mind works.
Carroll filed on the day after the law was passed.
I wonder if all the proceedings took place within the one year period.
Loophole??
Absofreakinglutely!
ANYONE accusing another of a crime and being found lying about it should face the same penalty.
I of course mean if it was done intentionally. That would be evil. If it’s just a mistake, that’s different.
100%
I think we should first prove that the woman lied by waterboarding her for a confession. But a life sentence would be fair. Preceded by her being legally confined in a locked room with the man she accused for 15 minutes. With total legal immunity for said man.
It’s not merely “evil”. It’s an attempt to destroy a man’s life, eradicate his humanity and destroy justice on a global, if not cosmic scale. It is as if Satan himself were speaking his lies through her and it must be eradicated. Lock her up, destroy the key in a blast furnace.
Absolutely yes. The false accusation should have as stiff a legal penalty as rape. Once a man is publicly charges of rape he often loses his family and his job before any trial takes place.
Yes. They should do the same time as the person they were trying to send to prison. Pay the same fines, and the victims legal fees.
The same should be held to prosecutors or police who withhold evidence, otherwise deny defense exculpatory evidence.
Jailing a woman for false rape accusations would certainly lower the number of rape accusations. What raped woman is going to make the accusation if there is any chance she won’t be believed and thus be jailed?
Men keep saying “Yes, women should be jailed for false accusations.”, but how many are willing to unite and demand it? C’mon guys, you have billions a year to spend on sports, strip bars, and hookers. Can’t you take even a small fraction of that to organize and do something about this?
