Either I should have expired in 2015 or my life expectancy used to be 150 years. Just this month I must have shortened by life by 10 hours, thinking about making an egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, 1/2 hour I'll never get back.

I, likewise, should be dead.

It is also scientifically proven that each day you are alive takes a whole day off your lifespan.

Is this heaven? I must be dead for years but I sure did love my Nathan’s hot dogs with mustard and a coke

Old saying is doing all the self-denial health fad things and feeling miserable may let you live longer, or maybe it just feels longer.
And Mark Russell one. If only someone could get through to young people today. If they quit smoking now they could add 2.5 years to their time at the end of life in the assisted care facility.
I heard a guy in the next booth at a restaurant once. “I was told today by the doctor that he is making me go on a prescription to lower my blood pressure. When I was about 20
I restricted myself and gave up everything that could cause me to develop high blood pressure in my 50s. But I got it in my 50s now and I have to take the prescription anyway.
I really wish I had those years back. I would have just enjoyed myself and eaten like everybody else did. They enjoyed themselves and I didn’t but now I take the same drug as they have to.”

“you could be losing”
Or you could not.
See how that works?

Originally marketed as a temperance drink and intended as a patent medicine, Coca-Cola was invented in the late 19th century by John Stith Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia.

Likewise, claims that Food A is “unhealthy,” or worse, that Food B is “healthier” than Food C, are almost without exception balderdash.

For a few years I saved two issues of the magazine Science Digest. Cover stories on coffee.
One early one said drinking coffee is dangerous for your healthy and sill shorten your life according to medical studies. For a while I drank tea but then took the daring adventure of defying them and drinking coffee again.
Second years later cover story of that same magazine:
Drink coffee every day and you will live longer. Medical studies show.
So I’ve had it with the quack fear mongering.

Apparently, based on this study, I died around 1990.

What if you take 12 minutes to drink it? Does that count as a wash?
