I had an eagle nest on my property before the city seized my property. They are just birds. If I had collected one of their feathers I was a felon. The city bulldozing their tree nest and no problem.
I prefer Ben Franklin’s national bird... The Turkey.

Ben Franklin wanted it to be the turkey - they were native to Northern America, the male Tom’s coloring was red, white, and blue, and the Tom spent most of his life chiefly concerned with eating and breeding!

Too bad bald eagles thrive in habitats ideal for wind farms. Fewer would get killed by the blades if they lived in mountainous, forested areas close to water where there aren’t any wind farms.

Yesterday, the regime made it the law (somehow the detail had slipped through the cracks until now) that the bald eagle represents America. It's the National Bird
It looks to me like the regime itself just signed the protection law to save the very America it's been determined to destroy at any cost.
DC is too busy taking holiday time off to notice or to destroy. After all, no one messes with the bald eagle. No one is above the law. No one messes with the Law.
I see a trump, a team treason 'work accident'.

I love the chubby cheeky lil chickadees.
Some years back I read that the number of Ds they tack on to the end of their message is to signal the perceived threat level.
If that’s true, they’d end up stuck in a perpetual “D” loop around any place having to do with government.
