Speaking at the 16th International Aids Conference in 2006, the then UNAids executive director, Peter Piot, remarked: “Since the beginning of the epidemic, stigma, discrimination and gender inequality have been identified as major causes of personal suffering, and as major obstacles to effective responses to HIV.”
Now, in the fourth decade of the HIV crisis, this statement remains largely true. Despite the leaps and bounds that have been made in the treatment and prevention of HIV, stigma and discrimination continue to harm the lives of people living with HIV, and hinder efforts to stem the epidemic globally.

Bisexuality is when your homesexual partners know you
have AIDS and they don't want to have anything to do with you.
JMO, YMMV
It’s far beyond just homosexuals alone these days.
They were the opening of the...ahem...back door.
Bisexuality opened it up across the entire sexual landscape long ago.
behaviors can be modified.

What follows is a progressively compiled piecemeal and thus somewhat disorganized (not chronological, etc.) collection of statistics, mostly from between 2017 to 2021, with many images (almost all from the CDC) on sexually transmitted diseases/infections (STD's/STI's), mainly focusing on effects of homosexual relations and mostly between biological males).
“Stigma” = not fawning over me for “who I am” enough
Don’t let the AIDSies give blood!
Stigma usually means bad behavior and bad choices. All the while not wanting to be held accountable.
Celibacy or conversion to heterosexuality is the sure preventative for HIV, a voluntarily acquired malady.
Not even monogamy prevents HIV when it comes to “monogamous” same-sex males. I read a study where over 50% of new AIDS infections involved transmission from their sole partner.
That is because sole partners are only sole partners after they become “monogamous” partners.</br>hose who get HIV from the blood supply, get it from promiscuous homosexuals who were allowed to donate it with their blood. Those who get it from needles get it from needles that have been used by homosexuals.
My guess is that “undetectable” doesn’t equal “gone” and that this will become apparent in the fullness of time.
AIDS is easy to avoid: stop committing buggery.

Yes, this is a premature victory cry. You're only "undetectable" since the hours after your last blood test 2 months ago, and even then, an early infection won't show up.
Who's going to rely on THAT?
Yes,improper infection control in hospitals and dentists’ offices is another way.
HIV still kills, just more slowly. 20 years ago, scientists discovered HIV infected prematurely age 14 years, even while on PrEP. I assume they then die at least 14 years early. To read more, check FR keyword hivacceleratedaging.
