Before you panic, eyebrow dandruff usually isn’t anything to worry about, Hope Mitchell, MD, board-certified dermatologist and founder of Mitchell Dermatology in Perrysburg, Ohio, tells SELF.
That said, it’s not exactly a one-size-fits-all diagnosis either. Rather, those little white or yellowish crumbs could be signs of a few different issues that deserve your attention, like dry skin craving moisture, for example, or an underlying condition leading to irritation or inflammation. Below, we asked dermatologists to break down all the possible causes of eyebrow dandruff—and more importantly, how to clear it up ASAP.

I think it’s only a problem in the ‘gay community’.
You know, not to split hairs (yep, pun intended🤣) this is something that I’ve noticed for years. I make an effort to try and ensure my eyebrows are cleaned while I’m in the shower. As for hair on the ears, just shave it every couple of weeks!
My eye lid edges was always itching.
Always twitching to see better.
I found that if you take your clean fingernail tip and carefully
run it across that edge next to the eye ball. Don’t know ecactly how to describe it.
Works for me! No tools needed!
Eyebrow dandruff is a ridiculous thing to worry about when the true threat to our civilization is bellybutton lint buildup.
Eyebrow dandruff is tough, but I have something worse.
I have eyeball dandruff.

Ketaconozole shampoo about every 4 or 5 days, you need a prescription, but your doctor will prescribe it without seeing you if you request it and it inexpensive and you only need a nickel size drop of it.

it’s a gut/liver issue. treat the gut/liver and the skin clears up. your skin is a secondary liver
When this happens, all I do is to rub a little hydrocortisone cream on my brows and the problem disappears just like that.
When the problem reoccurs, I just repeat the treatment. I have done this for years.
rather worry about dandruff...keeps my mind off the scary stuff
