Exactly.....another digital device feature no one will want.
Just because they can doesn’t mean they should.

It will eventually be $4000 and even $699. And at that point having an opaque backing, which is normally required, will be an up-charge. This see-through capability is a bug, not a feature.

Really? Another copy and paste without reading before you hit “Post”?
Heavy sigh.

Regardless of the tech, I REALLY like the styling & integrated "cabinet" frame - very, very contemporary!

Well that’s all fine and well if you like watching moon programming against a glass wall with views of the Pacific, however it doesn’t do much for SpongeBob in front of a cat tree.

Cool. Every window can be a tv. It was getting a little cluttered to cram more than three or four in a standard room.

Why do I want to see through my TV?Using the example image, when it's off it doesn't block your view.

Of all the decades I have had a TV, I can’t say I ever really cared about seeing the mess of cables and dust behind it.

1. It’ll be on sale on the Costco floor in 2030 for $495.
2. What a great heads-up display that will make in automobiles. While the HUD is not displaying speed and warning you about nearby dangers, it can show you movies while on autopilot.
