Damn, the Neocons are going to try to go nuclear over Ukraine, rather than simply walk away from their mess when Trump takes over. One problem though, I doubt Putin is in any mood to do the US a favor by taking out some of our major cities. He likely prefers to simply wait for Trump.
Also, there was also some weird stuff regarding Belarus very recently, such as the theory that the Neocons may send Ukrainian troops into that country to try to open another front against Russia. The problem is that Belarus has nukes, and just last week Belarus stated that some of their nukes are quite powerful (this statement seemed to come out of nowhere)...so perhaps these 8 nukes are meant to ‘even things out’ a bit when that war starts.
One also has to wonder if the Neocons would not mind seeing a few nukes land in Ukraine as vaporizing Kiev will also vaporize a lot of secrets that the Neocons would rather not be made public.
In any case, Jan 20th cannot come fast enough!
Can’t speak for the Coast Guard vessel, other than possibly to send a message. As to going dark, that could be a defensive mechanism, as drone may think its about to be shot at.

The FBI has been warning repeatedly over the last year about “terrorist” attacks due to no US borders and the number “got aways”….from Iran, etc.
But they keep bringing up Iran. They’ve also spoken about Iran threats against Trump.

If the govt wanted to divert people’s attention away from something else, perhaps something on the ground, these drones would certainly be useful for that. I have no idea what it might be though... Just speculating.

I don’t have a physics PHD, just a BS in nuclear engr. The decay products of U-238 and U-235 (the bomb isotope) are mostly alpha and beta particles which in all likelihood would not even penetrate the casing material of a bomb. Even lower energy gamma rays probably would not penetrate the casing. I don’t know specifics about a “dirty bomb”, but it implies something not clean (in a nuclear sense) and maybe radiation could be detected from that?
What about a major leak from a domestic nuclear plant.
Would .gov keep it a secret these days?
