She said extending those powers to New York and its peers is essential. “Until those powers are granted to state and local officials, the Biden Administration must step in by directing additional federal law enforcement to New York and the surrounding region to ensure the safety of our critical infrastructure and our people,” the governor said.

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “The Story,” White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby stated that Iran will not be allowed to get a nuclear weapons capability, and “We had tried to do this through diplomacy. Obviously, that didn’t work, because the Iranians were not willing to negotiate in good faith.”
Kirby said, “President Biden has made it very clear, we will not, will not allow Iran to achieve a nuclear weapons capability, and we will not take any option off the table to prevent that outcome.
I’m not going to speculate here today and tell you what will happen or will not happen over the next 40-some-odd days, but the President has been crystal-clear, they will not be allowed to achieve that outcome, that kind of capability. And we want to make sure, on the national security team, that he has all the options available to him to prevent that sort of outcome.”

My headline is exactly what was published in The Mid Hudson News. I do not agree with much of what they say. But the point on the whole post was not the minute details of the airport shutdown, my point was that the NY Governor is demanding the passage of a federal bill which was presumably authored before this “crisis”.

Trump-45 sanctions made Iran unable to sell more than 300000 barrels of oil daily. Biden killed all these sanctions, to where Iran got very wealthy selling 3+ million barrels of oil each day. To where Iran could send more money to their terrorist proxies.
