The Biden Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is frantically funneling billions in government grants to various entities ahead of President-Elect Donald-Trump’s inauguration, an EPA employee revealed on hidden camera.
Brent Efron, a special advisor implementing Biden’s climate initiatives, told a Project Veritas undercover reporter that the scheme was implemented as “an insurance policy against Trump winning.”
The alleged goal is to ensure the Biden regime’s climate agenda remains operative—no matter who’s in charge.
“Get the money out as fast as possible before they [Trump Administration] come in,” Efron said. “It’s like we’re on the Titanic and we’re throwing gold bars off the edge.”
Efron told the male Project Veritas journalist during an apparent dinner date that his job was to distribute over $100 billion in grants to nonprofits under “Biden’s climate law,” also known as the Inflation Reduction Act.
According to the EPA’s website, the grants being funneled to states, Tribes, local governments, and nonprofit groups to “tackle climate pollution,” “advance environmental justice” and “deliver cleaner air.”
Efron predicted that the incoming Trump administration will immediately block the grants, and Congress will attempt to reduce the EPA’s funding.
“We gave them the money because… it was an insurance policy against Trump winning,” he said. “Because they aren’t [a government agency], they’re safer from Republicans taking the money away.”
Efron dished that one of the projects being funded with taxpayer dollars was specifically designed for a Kamala Harris presidency.
“The thing that we haven’t funded yet are [sic] the local nonprofit program that was going to be an inter-Kamala Harris administration program… so now we’re getting it [funding] out as quick as possible. It’s like two billion at this point, we’ve got most of it out – like 90 percent,” he said.
According to Efron, EPA employees plan to keep pushing the money out right up until the Biden-Harris regime’s final moments on inauguration day to make sure that none of the Inflation Reduction Act funds are left when the Trump administration comes in.

Just claw-back the misappropriated funds form these leftist NGOs.
Government contracts have ways to be cancelled and monies can be recouped / reduced if the company fails to meet the contract. Either way, these actions by Biden Admin is reprehensible.
If the Climate Agenda really worked Exon and others would be pouring billions into it for a profit.
It’s a select members only club finding a democrat against it one would be hard pressed.
Every program they pimp operates the same way.

If issued pursuant to a grant, they need to give the NGOs a complete financial audit or look for any disqualification. There are also rules that prohibit Government employees from working with a firm that they do business with for a number of years, 5 I believe.
