A Proposal for Mass Self Deportation of Illegal Aliens
My Friend's Fertile Brain ^ | 11/26/24 | A Great Friend

Posted on 11/26/2024 1:56:18 PM PST by Uncle Miltie

If by March 31st, 2025 an illegal alien registers at a specified address in the largest city in their state, the Federal Government will provide them with free transportation back to the country in which they are a citizen, after which they will be allowed in the future to apply for citizenship via normal channels without penalty.

However, beginning April 1st, 2025, any illegal alien apprehended will be fingerprinted, photographed, and DNA sampled, will be deported, charged the costs of their deportation, and will never be allowed into the country under any circumstances ever again.

Why give them a year? How about 1 week?

I’ve suggested a Ukraine press gang method. If an invader is caught here, it’s off to fight the Russians over there.

“What about building a “New Mexico City” on the border with Mexico”

I was thinking about Gadsdenland - a small part of the 29,600 square miles purchased.

“U.S. Minister to Mexico James Gadsden, and three envoys of the President of Mexico General Antonio López de Santa Anna Pérez de Lebrón, signed the Gadsden Purchase, or Gadsden Treaty, in Mexico City on December 30, 1853. Santa Anna needed money to help defray expenses caused by the Mexican War and ongoing rebellions, so he sold land to the United States. The treaty, amended and finally approved by the U.S. Senate on April 25, 1854, settled the dispute over the exact location of the Mexican border west of El Paso, Texas, giving the U.S. claim to some 29,600 square miles of land, ultimately for the price of $10 million. The land is what is now southern New Mexico and Arizona.”

It sure would suck for people who legitimately own land there.

“Why give them a year? How about 1 week?”

One year is too long and 1 week is too short.

Perhaps a reward scheme funded by corporate taxation:
1. First month leave - $1,000 at our embassy in your homeland for each of five years + initial random amount $1,000 to $2,000 + your FICA refunded at embassy year by year
2. Second month leave - $800 at our embassy in your homeland for each of four years + initial random amount $1,000 to $2,000
3. Third month leave - $700 at our embassy in your homeland for each of three years + initial random amount $1,000 to $1,500
4. Fourth month leave - $700 at our embassy in your homeland for each of three years
5. Fifth month leave - $700 at our embassy in your homeland on arrival and random time afterward
6. Sixth-twelveth month - $4/day left in year claimable in a randomly selected week after arrival at our embassy in your homeland

A mixture of carrots and sticks, with the carrots decreasing over time and the sticks getting swung harder.

And what happens when China, Venezuela, Haiti, etc. refuses to take them back?

Also, current law (with few exceptions) does not allow for aliens to apply for citizenship from abroad. They must first be admitted to the country as a lawful permanent resident.

Remove them from this country to their country of citizenship or any other county that will take them. Five year waiting period before they can legally apply for a permanent residence visa. If no country will take them then send them to military containment camps in the Aleutian Islands.

” After April 15, anyone who employees you will be fined $10,000 and spend three months in prison. After an expedient non-jury trial, of course.”

I suggest you read the Bill of Rights.

“Fly them over Venezuela in military cargo planes and parachute them out after taking out their grid and satellites”

The illegals can be dropped in international waters with a $100 bill in their hand and an international money order (IMO) for $100 sent to a relative.

The drops can be announced and fishermen will fish them out.

The illegal can then give the fishermen the international money order after tracking down which relative got the IMO.

The IMO is so the fishermen don’t use the illegal for shark bait.

Nope. Take DNA and retinal scans, then hold them in internment camps until deportation to MX. I don’t care what country they originally came from.

No sale. Mexico can build a city to house the invaders if they wish—we are done with them.

No, that’s ridiculous and unnecessary. Summarily deport them to Mexico, Rwanda…or anywhere but here.

Maybe Ukraine can take them.

Okay. Change to $100,000 plus prison and a jury of their peers for each violation. If they waive the right to a jury trial for a non-jury trial, $10,000 for each violation. Otherwise, it will take forever to try scofflaws.

Illegals will tie up the courts for years on the taxpayers dime with their filthy leftist immigration lawyers to the tune of billions of dollars. All the while in many cases sucking up on taxpayers provided benefits.

It would be cheaper at least initially to go after the low hanging fruit by dangling free transportation and a small sum of money to voluntarily leave. If caught re-entering illegally mandatory prison time > deportation. I’m sure paying them to leave would leave a bad taste in many of your mouths. But it would cost more for them to stay and fight deportation while enriching the scumbags lawyers.

Canada and Mexico might be glad to accept and then deport the ILLEGALS, whom they have allowed to enter the USA, once they have done the math concerning tariffs.

If the penalties are stiff enough, they will plead guilty in exchange for a reduced sentence — with or without a jury.

FYI: A person cannot be punished more severally for exercising a fundamental right under the Constitution, i.e., the right to trial by jury.

The state of Texas has been provided with a fourteen hundred acre tract in which to detain all those found to have entered America illegally. It’s where they can stay while their lawyers are grifting upon their misery.

The hue and cry will be “CONCENTRATION CAMPS”. Except of course all the detainees have to do is depart American borders voluntarily. In essence and in fact, their loss of freedom is purely voluntary.

Agreed, but seize these assets if they won’t leave to pay for the costs in removing them.
