Vladimir Putin's new 'wonder-weapon' caused little damage when he unleashed it on Ukraine, satellite pictures show, despite Russian claims that a defence plant in Dnipro was 'erased to dust'.
Furious Russian pro-war military pundits are questioning if they have been misled by Putin's boastful claims over the 'unstoppable' Oreshnik.

Putin donated it to NATO. A gift.

The six MIRV warheads were empty. It was a demonstration/warning of their
Oreshnik MACH 10 MIRV capability. The six reentry vehicles did a tremendous amount of damage just as 11,000 fps projectiles alone. By comparison, a 30-06 bullet only travels at 3,000 fps.
The next time they won't be empty.

Circular Probable Error. A measure of a weapons accuracy.

"Now put a nuclear warhead on it and say the same thing after he launches that one." Sure it does.... The Oreshnik missile strike was a warning shot that was highly effective and devastating.
Those multiple MRIV warheads burning their way through the clouds and atmosphere looks like something out of 'War of the Worlds.'

Also the target are the underground facilities. What did they expect to see?

NATO has the wreckage now.

It wasn’t supposed to cause much damage. It was supposed to be a warning, much like a bear’s growl, or a rattlesnake’s rattle.

Putin is dumb for gifting such a sophisticated weapon for NATO analysis.
To: TexasGator
I knew someone would speak up to inform every one they missed the point.
Good Job.
The point is...the damage from this attack is meanlingless....just like this article.
The point of using the weapon was to demonstrate the capability in terms of range, speed, and accuracry.....that’s it.
So go back to coloring, okay?

Those multiple MRIV warheads burning their way through the clouds and atmosphere looks like something out of 'War of the Worlds.' MACH 10/11,000 fps multi-ton projectiles can do a lot of damage from the kinetic energy alone.

Hey Will, you dummy.
Putin showed he can delivered the mail.
Do you understand snapperhead?
To: rdcbn1
Does it say wat the CEP is?

“The point of using the weapon was to demonstrate the capability in terms of range, speed, and accuracry.....that’s it.”
The target was much less range than the capability of the earlier weapon this was modified from.
It is a ballistic missile. No new demonstration of speed.
Same for accuracy.

CEP is Circular Error Probable is a measure for assessing the accuracy of projectiles . It is used to estimate how far a warhead misses it’s intended point of aim.
