Yes but the internet itself is a tool for both good and evil- it gives hackers inroads to innocent people’s lives and accounts, as well as inroads to other really bad things- there will zlways be terrible people who exploit one thing or another for their own gain or nefarious ideas- but there is also the flip side where things like ai and internet are used for good while avoiding the bad things through diligence and caution.
