I normally eat all of them except for barley 🤢 and oats because they said oats were high in carbs, and they make you fat. So what is it? 🤷‍♀️ yea or nay on oats?

My daughter came across 39 cans of sardines.

She gave them to me as I read about the Sardine diet. Eat as many sardines as you want for 3 days. Nothing but sardines. Only sardines. No crackers.

You'll lose 10 pounds.

I like sardines. But not that much.

It is akin to what El Rush-Bo used to say about birth control - abstinence, it works every time it is tried.

1, maybe 2, out of 10. Pretty good for the Left. Eggs for sure, Avocados - arguably for losing weight (but great food).

Just eat Gila Monster lizards and eliminate the semaglutide middleman. You’ll lose weight, but mostly because Gila Monster meat is not generally available at the supermarket.
