I normally eat all of them except for barley 🤢 and oats because they said oats were high in carbs, and they make you fat. So what is it? 🤷♀️ yea or nay on oats?

Just eat Gila Monster lizards and eliminate the semaglutide middleman. You’ll lose weight, but mostly because Gila Monster meat is not generally available at the supermarket.
