What's broken? The Constitution and Bill Of Rights limit governmental authority in favor of individual freedom in several key areas such as the right against double jeopardy and the right to speak, free of government restriction.
However, what we've seen from government actors over the last decade has been a deliberate and flagrant flaunting of these Constitutional restrictions, right down to executing citizens with engineered viruses.
What should the newly elected conservative congress do about it. That's easy. Create criminal laws which mirror these constitutional provisions. Make breaking these laws be punishable with severe prison sentences, and yes, the death penalty for government actors who cause death through their unconstitutional actions.
What’s the “new conservative government”? Did all the RINOs suddenly disappear?
The RINOs did disappear, Trump brought in non-conservatives like Elon, Tulsi and RFK Jr, who share the goal of Making America Great Again, despite the political differences.
RINOs were just all for themselves.
That’s the plan.
In the Congress?
Good luck, the Libs and RINOs are going to continue to fight any changes or reforms.
So, how do we deal with that?
One of the most broken things is “shall not be infringed”.
Looks like they’ve lost most of their power and in another 2 years if ths red shift continues, they’lll have lost it all, and some blue states will be turning purple.
The RINO party ought to end up in the same status as the Greens and Libertarians...noise factors.
One of the most broken things is “shall not be infringed”.

The fight is to limit government power - Gozilla to gecko in four.
The Lawfare types operate from judicial districts where they’ll not be convicted.
