Voters Were Fed Up Over Immigration. They Voted for Trump.

Emily Schaefer supports mass deportations. She wants less immigration. And she opposes a path to citizenship for undocumented people who have been living in the United States for decades. She is not a Republican.

Ms. Schaefer, 52, is a lifelong Democrat who said that she “cannot stand” Donald J. Trump. Yet she voted for him.

“I have never voted for a Republican, ever. But we are being flooded with immigrants who are prioritized over the needs of citizens,” said Ms. Shaefer, who lives in Beaverton, Ore.

Ms. Schaefer said that Mr. Trump’s tough approach to immigration resonated with her for many reasons. The quality of education at her 15-year-old son’s public school has declined because of the large population of students who do not speak English, she said. In Oregon, many undocumented people are eligible for health care, based on their low incomes. They receive assistance from nonprofits while needy Americans struggle, she said.

“It’s absurd what Biden and Harris have allowed,” she said.

The surge in migration across the southern border, which reached record levels during the Biden administration, has reverberated across the country and hardened many Americans’ views on immigration.

While Republican voters have shown the biggest shift, Democrats and independents have also moved to the right, according to polls conducted in recent months.

In July, 55 percent of Americans told Gallup that they supported a decrease in immigration. That share was 28 percent in 2020.

From Later On In The Article:

“I was so angry, just so angry, that a lot of the Democratic Party wouldn’t say it (illegal alien invasion) was a crisis, let alone propose anything to deal with it,” said Sonya Duffy, 53, a Democrat who lives in New York City. She said that she voted for Ms. Harris because reproductive rights were her overriding issue.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Ds knew open borders would not be popular, but they calculated the extra voters would be worth the flak.

And— with their estimate of difficulty in deportations— they assume census figures in ‘30 (starting in ‘28-’29) will create more D congressional districts.

You’re mistaken on several points.

Careful, Miriam. They’re not too fond of those who tell truths at the Times.

Just a wild guess but I think the voters were fed up with a lot more than that.

The Dems presented a target rich field of failed policies and decisions.

They are playing the long game for control. They will continue their evil schemes every chance they get.

New York Times writers are either stupid, controlled or cowards.

The globalist Democrats were busy daily bringing in a full-on Communist Marxist state. I pray that Obama sells his DC house and takes Valarie Jarrett and moves on, but he wont.

If they were to gain another four years in office with a committed Marxist Tim Walz type installed, they would take away ALL free speech, take away our right to defend ourselves, continue flooding in outside military aged invaders to create a need for digital IDs, use their corrupted lawless DOJ to shut down all opposition with threats and intimidation and then later on they would begin to destroy our food systems. Hungry people are controlled people.

Finally they would destroy the economy to create chaos, all to bring in their WEF style ‘great reset’ with ‘equitable and unbiased’ AI as their new ‘god’ for all of humanity.

These wicked WEF tools and CCP handlers will require mandatory global Vaccine IDs with Social Credit Scores tied to Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDCs) for complete Marxist surveillance state control using rewards to those who support them and tyranny over all who oppose them.

This is who and what we voted against.

She said that she voted for Ms. Harris because reproductive rights were her overriding issue.

What she doesn't realize is that immigration and infanticide are intimately related.

Approximately 50 MILLION babies have been murdered since 1972. That's 50 million voters. At least half of those are of an age to have voting age children of their own, so call it 60-70 million potential voters that were never born. Given that minority woman are almost 3 times as likely to get an abortion as white women, they quite literally aborted 60-70 million potential D voters.

The *ONLY* way they could replace those votes that they murdered was by importing more minorities, who they naturally assumed would vote Democrat just as the existing minorities generally did. The entire "being white = being racist" schtick was all part and parcel of that plan. It was designed to keep those minorities voting D.

Now the real fun starts when those minorities STOP voting lockstep D. As more Latinos, especially, start voting R, you will see Democrats suddenly being very concerned about border security. If Latinos turn into a consistently Republican-voting demographic, Democrats will lock the border down like the DMZ. It's going to be hilarious.
