Ol Steve must be given his due. He gave us the epic laugh-fest “On Dangerous Ground.” An extravaganza of bad movie making, hippie values (with karate moves) and an amazing scenery chewing performance by the ever awesome Michael Caine. It is a tough schlock action movie to beat, perhaps edged out by the even more awesome “Commando” with Arnie. All hail the Great Segal.... Fu Manchu beard, pot belly and fringed suede jacket and all.
