Trump Standout on Saturday-My Account (VANITY)

I participated in a Standout this past Saturday in my Bluest of Blue states. This is probably the fourth one I have been to in the past several months, and every single one of them was very satisfying and even entertaining.

We always had good turnouts on our side, excellent responses from the citizenry passing in their cars, and a total lack of Leftists.

The Conservatives standing out the prior weekend in the same location said they had several Leftists who were mingling in and causing problems, so they asked if we could attend their standout to bolster their numbers and provide a cushion of safety that more people could provide, since they heard a rumor there might be more of them.

I have been to a good number of these kinds of things over the years, and one of the key unspoken tenets observed by both sides is that you don't mix groups, as that is a recipe for trouble. That doesn't mean you can't go over and talk to the other side. I have seen that and done it myself. If you want to actually have a discussion. But that was very different than what we saw this past Saturday.

These were people who came into our area with the express intention of causing strife and conflict. This is my account.

It seems that next election — if there is a next election — people should take printed things to these rallies. Like the gospel tracts in the back of churches. Anticipate the crap the left will bombard you with, and pull out a “tract” with verifiable evidence to counter it, complete with references to make it easy to research.

That is 100% true in the case of Leftists.

I have been to dozens of these types of events in the last twenty years, and one thing I learned is: you can often talk to "liberals", but you cannot talk to "Leftists".

Some "liberals" are approachable, and some of those are even reachable. Many are young, and with the experience of paying taxes, buying toilet paper, and raising a family, they grow out of the immature adolescence of Liberalism. Life does that to many of us.

But there is no talking to "Leftists".

Leftists are ideologically driven, and neither life experience nor education can dislodge them from their asinine radical Marxist, Fascist, and Communist views. They are impervious to logic, reason, rationality, and facts.

Liberals are not necessarily Leftists, and Leftists are the Pigs you don't want to try to teach how to sing.

They are to be avoided at all costs. They are to be fought against, not engaged with. Like that lunatic that approached me, he likely knew that rule, and tried to hide his true character until he got me to engage.

When you think of it, it isn't any different than what the Democrat Party does at all levels with the electorate. They want to hide their true nature until they can get their hands on the levers of power. That is why the adage to "Watch what they do, not what they say" is so spot on with them.

They know there is no mandate for their policies, so they have to conceal those policies they will enact, just has Harris is trying to do.
