I have read articles that Ivermectin does help eliminate the spike protean from your body.

The spike could be keeping you down.

The following is from a very helpful website for a number of different illnesses: https://covid19criticalcare.com

Two downloadable PDF's linked below are from https://covid19criticalcare.com/protocol/i-recover-long-covid-treatment/

I-RECOVER

Long COVID Treatment

An Approach to Treating Long COVID

Long COVID, a prolonged illness after COVID-19, may persist for months after the acute infection and affects at least 65 million individuals worldwide. A puzzling feature of long COVID is that initial disease severity is not an accurate predictor; long COVID frequently occurs in people who had mild-to-moderate COVID cases as well as in younger adults who did not require respiratory support or intensive care. Patients with long COVID should be managed by clinicians who have experience treating this troublesome disorder. Early treatment is essential; the response to treatment will likely be attenuated when treatment is delayed.

CVS has a super B compound. I take one every morning with a turmeric capsule and a couple of vitamin C gummies. It jazzes you right up.

While not COVID specific, 60% of people over 65 are B12 deficient. There’s been some good art and discussion on FR. 5,000mcg in the morning is recommended, but my wife and I split a pill. Methylcobalamin is probably better than the other type that starts with cyanid.

Read up on diminished zeta potential, sunlight, and vaccine issues at midwesterndoctor.com, “The forgotten side on medicine.”

My chronic fatigue is not caused by long Covid, but same situation with repairs and maintenance on the property getting way behind the curve. Don’t like it but basically helpless to do much sustained work..

I’ve tried everything... Prescription and OTC, conventional usage and off-label. Probably, Low-Dose Naltrexone combined with bupropion (Both Rx) is the most promising treatment for me yet other than actual stimulants, which you pay for later. Good luck!

To quote the Word of God, from the dust you are made. Dust is dirt and dirt is minerals. I feel my best when I supplement with higher doses of minerals, especially macro minerals (the big ones). Magnesium being the mother of all. Then sulphur, iodine and selenium. These are big for restoring our health and returning us to energy and strength. I’ll tell you more if you want to know more but this will propel you past the sluggishness.

Get Sea Moss powder from amazon. I had exhaustion from covid that I couldn’t shake and this helped immensely.

This is what I take - 1 tsp per day blended in a small cup of water or coffee. The link from amazon was about 4 paragraphs but it is called Wixar Wildcrafted Sea Moss Powder – (8 Ounces) – Natural Irish Sea Moss and Bladderwrack with Burdock Powder - Thyroid Support, Healthy Skin, Keto Detox, Joint Support Alkaline Supplements

I have read that drinking pine needle tea helps detox from covid. Good luck. It is horrible to deal with.

I got COVID a year ago and have since been suffering from numerous ailments, beginning with sinus infections and for the last 7 months headaches that doctors were not able to find reason after scans of my head.

About a month ago, a test showed that our bedroom has dangerously high mold content. We have had it treated with enzymes, we have taken various measures to lower the condensation in our home that includes replacing the roof, windows, room air cleaner, etc. I also began a detox regiment.

My headaches are greatly reduced in severity and frequency.

Tracing the start of my symptoms back to COVID I realized that I was in my bedroom for 5 days straight only leaving to use bathroom.

I now believe my ailment’s root cause was not Covid but mold exposure. I think others who have long term symptoms from Covid may actually be mold exposure.

Yes, vitamin D deficiency can cause fatigue.

Vitamin D plays a key role in maintaining energy levels by supporting various body functions, including bone health, immune function, and muscle strength. Low levels of vitamin D are linked to feelings of tiredness and fatigue, even when other factors like diet and sleep are well-managed.

In more severe cases, deficiency may lead to muscle weakness, bone pain, and other symptoms that can contribute to overall fatigue. If you suspect a deficiency, it’s often recommended to get blood levels checked and consult a healthcare provider for proper supplementation or dietary adjustments.

I’ve heard Ivermectin also clears up “long-Covid” symptoms.

I am not a doctor. Almost died in 2020, hospitalized for almost 3 weeks. I have not been sick since and the only thing I take is ivermectin and montelukast. Lungs looked like ate up with cancer in the hospital. CT scan every 6 months all masses stable or shrinking since. I am unvaccinated. I still haven’t recovered the weight. PET scan in a couple weeks. Good luck.

In your circumstances, I would take: Magnesium Threonate; Vitamin D3; a good quality multivitamin; and --

The antioxidants NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine); Quercetin; L-Ergothioneine; and Melatonin in sublingual form; and --

Vitamin K as K-2 or MK-7, as an anti-coagulant.

Take them as directed. Start slowly though with the Magnesium Threonate and D-3 in half the recommended doses as they may cause transient headaches and body aches.

In essence, as with a large slice of the population, you were probably deficient in both Vitamin D and magnesium, which could have led to impaired immunity. Repletion may then lead to a clearing out of residual viral particles and damaged cells and to cellular repair.

The antioxidants and Vitamin K should help to control inflammation. You may want to add a polyphenol berry drink product such as Vital Reds and a green powdered vegetable foods product.

More broadly, you should avoid inflammation causing foods, such as fried foods, processed foods, and raw tomatoes and processed tomato products that are not strained to keep out seeds and skin.

Your gastrointestinal health may well be compromised by Covid or by another ailment such as celiac disease or any of a half dozen other GI issues. If you have GI problems, get screened for celiac disease and other GI ailments.

I could go on, but I will stop here and leave any follow to you via private mail messages.
