Covid fatigue recovery advice?

I got off very lightly, except for the fatigue. Sleeping twelve hours a day would be wonderful but the bills say otherwise.

I have a physical job, a long commute, a large young dog, a house needing repairs and maintenance...prioritize means house slides...

I’ve heard Ivermectin also clears up “long-Covid” symptoms.

yeah had that. after delta. what i did was increase my exercise like forcing myself to do more physical labor. steps, ladders, walking a mile ever day and i forced myself to breath deeply and force the air all the way out. can do deep breathing anywhere. it was like being an athlete again for me. i had to do more cardio.

otc antihistamines and believe it or not probiotics because the disease messed up my gut. zyrtec was my choice. pepto also helped with the gut.

Just keep up with the NAC, D3, Zinc, K2. Rest. Thats all that did it for me. Took 5 days then it was gone.

Agreed. Both vit D and B supplements may help. Might find a meal replacement drink with vit & min. Don’t over do the protein. I also drink a post workout (vit and minerals) hydration thing. I don’t workout. I mainly do both to keep night leg cramps down.

Ok, just kidding. Ivermectin and exercise. No matter how little at first, just get moving.

yes. weird that you feel normal breathing after, but when you talk or do physical all of a sudden shortness of breath. alergies you never had might be involved. maybe an inhaler like albuterol/budesinide. yeah, i think that’s pretty common i think as a persistent after bio-weapon symptom.

yes your blood oxygenation capacity may be down. i think there are more supplements that can help that. i want to say cinnamon, and check out ‘Ultra’ line supplements, too. NAD+, and NAC, glutathion, but i basically just had to work and wait it out.

I am not a doctor. Almost died in 2020, hospitalized for almost 3 weeks. I have not been sick since and the only thing I take is ivermectin and montelukast. Lungs looked like ate up with cancer in the hospital. CT scan every 6 months all masses stable or shrinking since. I am unvaccinated. I still haven’t recovered the weight. PET scan in a couple weeks. Good luck.

In your circumstances, I would take: Magnesium Threonate; Vitamin D3; a good quality multivitamin; and --

The antioxidants NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine); Quercetin; L-Ergothioneine; and Melatonin in sublingual form; and --

Vitamin K as K-2 or MK-7, as an anti-coagulant.

Take them as directed. Start slowly though with the Magnesium Threonate and D-3 in half the recommended doses as they may cause transient headaches and body aches.

In essence, as with a large slice of the population, you were probably deficient in both Vitamin D and magnesium, which could have led to impaired immunity. Repletion may then lead to a clearing out of residual viral particles and damaged cells and to cellular repair.

The antioxidants and Vitamin K should help to control inflammation. You may want to add a polyphenol berry drink product such as Vital Reds and a green powdered vegetable foods product.

More broadly, you should avoid inflammation causing foods, such as fried foods, processed foods, and raw tomatoes and processed tomato products that are not strained to keep out seeds and skin.

Your gastrointestinal health may well be compromised by Covid or by another ailment such as celiac disease or any of a half dozen other GI issues. If you have GI problems, get screened for celiac disease and other GI ailments.

and when you get a chance, get your self checked out for all kinds of anemia. even the d-dimer kind. can’t hurt to check.

As for hat you can do for yourself- Nattokinas and D3. The Natto sort of disarms the covid particles in your bloodstream and if you have had the shots or a severe bout of the WuFlu you most likely still have it in your bloodstream. The D3 is just the best virus protection you can get short of summer sun.

Don’t prioritize anything above your health. I am lucky and self employed and can do a lot of my work at home on the computer. Is that a possibility for a short time? Can you ask your boss to send some projects that need data entry? Book recording? Billing? Calling customers? Can you work on the company website? Anything that lets you stay home and work?
I have had kung flu thrice now. 1st time was just a long flu. Second was pretty bad and put me out a month. (After dosing with ivermectin and the other vitamins my lungs have never felt better after recovering) and the last time, the third, lasted about 4 days and I would not have thought anything about it other than I got a free test. As for recovering physically. I’m afraid it just has to run its course. Lots of cough medicine helped with the chest pain. Good luck
