A Florida man accused of tying his dog to a fence and abandoning it as Hurricane Milton approached the state is now charged with aggravated animal cruelty, authorities announced Tuesday.
Giovanny Aldama Garcia, 23, of Ruskin, was arrested Monday on felony charges of aggravated animal cruelty, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles said on X.

When is the last time a mother, father, or doctor was charged with cruelty when the doctor was given leave to sucked a baby from his mother’s womb after piercing the child’s brain to make him die?

Next time it rains, tie this loser to a fence and leave him there or better yet, secure him a vat and let it fill up while water is pouring over him.

When I saw the video of this incident the poor dog reminded me so much of mine. I was absolutely furious that somebody could do that.
