It's an English Bill Terrier. I had one that died of a sudden aneurysm in January of this year. She was curled up in my lap resting peacefully, then suddenly arched her back and yelped, then went completely limp. She was a great dog and I was heartbroken.

When I saw the video of this incident the poor dog reminded me so much of mine. I was absolutely furious that somebody could do that.
