Back in the day I had a Fiat with a 2-barrel Holley that had a bad habit of accumulating gunk in such a way as to require taking the damn thing apart and soaking it in Gum-Out for a couple hours and then reassembling it. I got pretty good at it, but it's not one of those skills I craved to learn.
