A new Quinnipiac University poll showed Vice President Kamala Harris is leaking support in Michigan and Wisconsin to former President Donald Trump.
Trump is leading 51% to 47% in Michigan and 49% to 47% in Wisconsin, a staggering change in the same poll from mid-September, which showed Harris leading 50% to 45% in Michigan and 48% to 47% in Wisconsin.
The poll also surveyed Pennsylvania and found Harris with a 49% to 47% lead, a three-point improvement for Trump from mid-September in the same poll.

I knew, well I can’t say knew, but thought that the woodward book or whatever his name is was going to have no impact.
The dock strike wasn’t needed for Trump to win.
The polls have averaged about a 2 percent gain for Trump over the past few weeks....that 270towin has a million polls....so it’s taken with a grain of salt...but they do show the race now very close...1 to 3 points....whereas before it was 4 to 6.
So even by dem weighted standards....they still went up about 2 points on average.
Trump can lose 2 to 3 percent in the popular vote (which really is a meaningless term) and still win a lot of EVs.
I only see up for Trump now and sideways to down for harris.
I am cautiously optimistic.
I know...cheating, illegals etc..but it seems like Trump’s legal apparatus is better prepared to fight fraud this time ...and even cutting it 20 percent would help a lot.
He needs to win...cause I can’t keep drinking JD like the way i have the past four years!!

I slowed down a lot as the new election got closer and I came to life again on FR after being away for most of biden’s term.
But yeah, I’m 56 now and it will take its toll.
I guess I’ll just over ear for 4 yaers if the unimaginable happens!!

These poll movements are purely adjustments to the turnout model by the pollsters. They changed their minds, not the people they telephone.
They generated a big surge when Biden dropped out by choosing to believe this would explode black turnout.
Time has passed. One would think they have done some surveys to see if black turnout really will increase. The answer may be no, so they changed their turnout back to what it was.
Overall, the point is, this is pollsters changing their minds. Not their samples changing theirs.
So when you grope around looking for causes . . . like the VP debate, some phone call scandal about the hurricane . . . a bad interview . . . just put that stuff aside. That stuff is not moving the needle. Only pollster whimsy is moving the needle.
You’re right. People aren’t changing their minds. What may be changing is the interest in showing up and voting for Kamala.
It’s amazing how much work gets done now.
I turned off the TV for good after 2020 (am no longer going to fund my enemies). Nest thing we could have done. Fox runs a few stories each day. Over and over and over.
One could go nuts if they were glued to it, especially during election season.

It tastes great and it’s less filling. It’s both. Trump is surging AND The polls are being forced to be more honest.
Which means, in Reality (Where I live - Miss You, Rush!) that President in Exile Trump is ahead even further!
I am seeing more ‘Trump 2024’ signs - and BIG ONES along the highway, too - than in 2020.
People get it. Socialism Sucks! If we can DEFEAT THE CHEAT and have massive Republican/Conservative turn out, this one is in the bag.
