Power of attorney and medical power of attorney are VERY important items for the elderly and families, as well as filing wills at courthouses, even if you write it and have it notarized yourself.

I met him one time when I was in high school. TV production class touring the studio where he was filming. If I remember correctly, it was the tv series Future Cop?
He was a very nice man. Very sad to hear of his passing, and now this....
