Read Jack Smith’s unsealed court filing that says Trump ‘resorted to crimes’ after 2020 election

“Resorted to crimes”... just wow! Such an insinuation makes the feds the police, prosecutor, judge and jury. It seems we’ve arrived in Naziville.

Election interference and not in accordance with SCOTUS ruling on Presidential immunity. Weaponized DOJ.

They don’t have any other alternative other than assassinating him. I doubt if he’ll make it till November. Pray for him!

Hmmm. Even if true (it’s not), he left office at 12pm on 1/20/2021. What a ridiculous joke Jack Smith is.

By refiling and saying this was ‘after’ he lost the election that Trump’s ‘crimes’ were not ‘while in office.’ It’s a fake gambit hoping the judge will actually try and make believe it is so. He WAS ‘in office’ until January 20 and ‘sitting.’

Doesn’t change the USSC ruling.

I’ll be glad when Trump wins and can pardon himself and ALL the so-called January 6th insurrectionists. Poof. One swelled hoop and do it all. All crimes alleged from the 45th presidential period. Screw this mob. Joe is going to pardon his criminal son, so why cannot Trump do the same for himself?
