If the Israelis have the voice of a bad guy on file, when the bad guy starts speaking on a radio, phone or any transmitting device, there are alogarithims that will definitively identify the bad guy and pinpoint their location.Then firing a missile or air strike to that specific location is not difficult. The silicon chip has changed everything. More than a few senior Iranians in Syria have been eliminated in this manner. Once they speak, they can’t hide.
