Law firm hired to investigate gang activity in Aurora, CO reveals unsettling details

It looks as though Tren de Aragua intended for the property to be a steady source of future revenue… trafficking and prostituting children, running guns, and extorting residents.

Since all eyes have been on Aurora, Colorado and the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang terrorizing the apartment complexes, one of the property lenders hired international law firm Perkins Coie to conduct an investigation into what is really going on, and what these lawyers found is nothing short of heinous. From an article out at The Denver Gazette:

Through violence and intimidation, a Venezuelan gang took over the Whispering Pines apartment complex in Aurora and sought to collect up to half of the rent from leaseholders, drying up collections for the landlord, according to a law firm’s investigation.

At the behest of a lender, the international law firm Perkins Coie investigated the alleged criminal activities at Whispering Pines apartments, a 54-unit complex in Aurora, and outlined an operation that included establishing a ‘lower-level’ presence last year, which then escalated into violence and intimidation, the apparent goal of which was to turn the complex into a steady source of income for the gang.

The law firm said once the gang was entrenched at the complex, it used the units for illegal activities, including the prostitution of minors.

The gang, the law firm added, ‘operated in the open,’ patrolled the area and ‘terrorized the community.’

So what did that “lower-level” presence in Whispering Pines look like? Well, according to the same report, gang members issued death threats and menaced the property manager so badly, he later fled; at this point, they told the property’s employees that they were now “working for” TdA. Here’s more, regarding the specifics:

Yes, it is!

One of the firms on retainer, most likely, by Hildebeast and 0blama/Briben.

They’re the behind the scenes *counsel* ... for Briben ... including his garage storage documents ... among many other connections....

Identify them. Round them up. Shoot them. Send the bodies back to Venezuela.

Is that too harsh?

Except for the returning the bodies, that's the Zanti Misfits scenario...

FRiend, hate to break the news to you, but I recall an article a few months back that stated only 4500 had been hired this year. I could be wrong, though. From other sources, they’ve added 20K since 2022.

Yes. My first thought would be to hire a credible private investigator, not an “international law firm.” I find it weird they hired a law firm. Do big law firms have their own investigative teams to discover evidence?

No problem, 4,500 IRS agents, vs one apartment building of Zanti misfits?

Sounds fair to me!

If that’s true, then she’s complicit in their criminal activities.

Is she up for reelection, compromised, shilling for the Border Czar, or so incredibly STUPID that stopping a terrorist organization isn’t seen as a priority?

Call in whatever Federal resources now, pack up the bad guys and send them back to Venezuela. Do it today.

Trump should be talking about this LOUDLY, and asking WTF is Border Czar and her feeble boss doing about it. If they can’t fight a terrorist cell in Colorado- how the hell should Americans expect defend our country!

From page 22

Despite those limited positive aspects of this piece of the IFR, UNHCR observes that reconsideration of negative decisions by USCIS has, at least in some instances, been critical to identifying cases that merit full consideration which previously failed pre-screening. 120 For instance, advocates have documented issues with the ability of asylum-seekers “to present evidence or participate meaningfully” in the immigration judge review procedure.121

As a result, UNHCR is concerned that, without the availability of reconsideration by DHS in some circumstances, such as where an asylum-seeker may have new evidence to present and the rebuttable presumption against asylum eligibility has been hastily, incorrectly, or unfairly applied, the risk of refoulement may rise. UNHCR recommends that the Government provide all individuals with immigration judge review of any negative fear determinations, unless an individual affirmatively declines review.

Furthermore, UNHCR recommends that the Government refrain from eliminating the ability of asylum-seekers to request reconsideration of negative fear determinations by USCIS. Given the inherent challenges in accurately assessing refugee claims within accelerated procedures,UNHCR underscores the need to ensure that asylum-seekers have their claims properly screened before possible removal. In addition, UNHCR notes that providing robust access to legal advice, assistance, and representation as early as possible, including at the credible fear stage, can make the need for requests for reconsideration less acute.

My understanding of foundations, ngo's, the UN and Rockefeller influence in general is they, along with all their 'high table' friends sharing influence and directing it towards their own purpose are at war with normalcy that having a belief in God results in, which I consider anyone who read this far is part of, and therefore a target for the above mentioned groups spreading evil while selling it as good.
