Fantastic game by an unknown on national television. Undrafted free agent who worked hard and gets to show his true talent and what does the media have to say? I dunno. They're irrelevant.

He was awesome! And I hate the Niners!.................
The players are required to talk to the media. Some do not like the attention while others thrive on it. These fellas are very young and their comments do not make or break the league. Hot sideline reporters asking stupid questions in the heat of battle are worse. We’re being played.
I”’m here so I won’t get fined” is appropriate.
With the MSM there’s an element of hero worship here, particularly among blacks. They can build them up and then watch them fall-think OJ. or Tiger and his girlfriends.
Barak. He lived up to the hype by keeping his pants on around those that wanted him whether it be women or men.
The interview lasted 90 seconds-appropriate. Uncomfortable and awkward.
If you ignore the politics, in many ways the NFL is superior to College Football.
Every team starts off equal, everyone has the same amount of money to spend on players, it all comes down to talent evaluation, talent acquisition and retention, combined with proper coaching and teams win while others continually lose.
A prime example is Jordan Mason an undrafted free agent who tears it up on Monday Night Football, while my local team the Jaguars drafts a RB in the 1st round who fumbles going into the endzone giving the Dolphins the ball on the 20, who proceed to complete an 80-yard TD pass on the next play, a 14-point reversal in 2 plays.
They’re no polls or judges on who the best teams are, it all gets decided on the field.
I think he’s just shy and doesn’t like attention
He doesn’t trust the media
I’m just grateful that after 2 years of ‘experts’ telling us that Brock Purdy was not an NFL quality QB - that has finally died off.
Some of these experts, just like in politics, should be ignored forevermore (like James Carville)
College football sucks. I don’t even know who plays for who anymore, since they move around so much.
I mean, I would be excited about DJ Lagway after Saturday’s game, but then I wonder, where will he be playing next year?
The Niners in the Super Bowl were robbed by the league
What was the question he didn’t like, I couldn’t make it out.
*I think he’s just shy and doesn’t like attention. He doesn’t trust the media*
I was the same way. Took a speech class. It helped but maturity helps more. At some point you stop giving a damn what people think and become more confident.
*What was the question he didn’t like, I couldn’t make it out.*
I dunno. Something about knowing when he was starting. Coach said something different and the media made it bigger than it was.
LOL! He’s going to have a talking to and will “do better” next time. He’s not an established star, so can’t get away with this stuff yet.
Shanahan sucks as a coach.
Apparently some jerk off coach balled him out for saying the truth—he knew he was starting on Friday but the lying 49ers didn’t says so until 90 minutes before the game. Shanahan is such a loser. Hurting this boy’s feelings for not covering up Shanahan’s lie.
bawled him out I mean.
